1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (15-oz) can pumpkin (2 cups)
1 (14-oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condences Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. each: ground ginger, ground nutmeg, salt


Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 425º in large bowl, beat Eagle Brand and other ingredients together with mixer or whisk until blended
2. Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes
3. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 35 to 40 minutes longer
