Ingredients: 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lb. Cool Whip Topping
1 c. Icing sugar
1 c. Flour
½ c. Margarine (or butter)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small (4 servings) package instant Jell-O chocolate pudding
1 small (4 servings) package instant Jell-O vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
Shaved chocolate (optional)

Directions:Step 1:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Soften margarine and mix with flour and pecans (reserve a few pecans to sprinkle on top – optional).
Press firmly into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool completely before continuing to step 2.
Step 2:
Soften cream cheese; mix with icing sugar and 1 c. Cool Whip topping.
Carefully spread on base.
Mix 2 boxes Jell-O instant pudding with 3 c. cold milk; beat at low speed 2 minutes.
Pour over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle nuts and/or shaved chocolate.
Refrigerate.
Step 3: Enjoy!!! |
