1 can refried beans
10 flour tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
3-4 c. cubed or shredded chicken
1 can (15 oz) enchilada sauce
1/4 cup sliced olives
3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and sour cream, stir in chicken.

Spread about 2 tbsp of beans down center of each tortilla. Then spoon on 1/3 - 1/2 cup of chicken mixture down center of each tortilla, top with 1 tbsp cheese. Roll up and place seam side down on greased 9x13 inch pan.
Pour enchilada sauce over top. Sprinkle with olives and remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 35 min. or until heated through.
Just before serving sprinkle lettuce around enchiladas
