Bottom Crust:
1/2 cup butter
2 cup flour
1 cup sugar

Filling:
2 packages of cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can of crushed, drained pineapple (approx. 2 c.)

Topping:
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoon melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix butter, flour, and sugar and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min. until slightly golden.

Filling: Cream together cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Stir in well drained pineapple. Spread over crust.

Topping: Mix coconut with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 more minutes.
