Corn Syrup
Brown Sugar
Icing Sugar
Apples, Pears,
Cantaloupe, Pineapple
Bamboo or Metal Skewers

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine corn syrup with brown sugar and icing sugar. (sugars to taste) Cut cubes of apples, pears, cantaloupe, pineapple or any fruit of choice into the sugar and syrup mixture. Skewer them on a bamboo or metal skewer. If using bamboo soak in water for 30 minutes before using. Grill on the bbq, making sure to turn frequently to let the sugars caramelize.
