Salad Dressing
(1) 14 oz. container of refrigerated Salsa
1/4 c. Olive oil
Fajita Salad
2 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. ground Cumin
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 lb. Beef Sirloin or Chicken, about 1 inch thick
2 medium Bell peppers, sliced thin
1 medium Onion, sliced thin
9 c. bite size pieces Romaine lettuce
Guacamole (OPTIONAL)
Sour cream (OPTIONAL)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad dressing ingredients together and chill. Mix chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder together and sprinkle over both sides of the meat. You can grill the peppers and onions with the meat or cook them until slightly tender. In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, peppers, and onions with half of the dressing. Place meat on top and then top with remaining dressing and ingredients.
