"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 package of lemon cake mix

Directions:
Cake:
Blend cake mix, water, eggs and jello and beat for 3 minutes. Add oil and beat for 1 minute. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan or a jelly roll pan (no need to grease for the eggs and oil are enough to make it slip right out!). Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Glaze:
Combine powdered sugar with the juice of 2 lemons (bottled lemon juice is OK but Grandma only uses the real thing). Remove cake from the oven, poke holes in the warm cake and pour this glaze over the cake.
