3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet in a mixing bowl, mix with a fork to get lumps out. There will be some small lumps remaining. Do not overmix. Bake in jellyroll pan at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool and frost with chocolate or vanilla frosting.
