In memory of Grandma Amdahl

Grandma didn't write down many of her amazing recipes, so often we stood over her shoulder (which was easy because she was so short) and took notes, crossing fingers we didn't miss any secrets. Her pancake recipe was one we managed to capture. Enjoy!!
