Directions:
Directions:
Place bacon in bottom of baking dish. Place pork chops on top then spread sauerkraut. Follow with raw slices of onion, then raw slices of potatoes. Cover with crushed canned tomatoes, sprinkle with caraway seeds and season. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour then uncover. Baste with juice in pan. Cook until potatoes are done at least one half hour. Pork chops may look pink when done but that's only from the bacon. Use your own judgement as to amounts of tomatoes and sauerkraut.
