one package frozen chopped spinach, 1 small sweet onion chopped fine; 1/2 stick butter; 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs; Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to the package. Saute onions in butter. Drain spinach good. Add onions, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
