1 lb. hot Italian sausage links
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 green pepper
1 large yellow onion
olive oil
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1/3 jar marinara
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder

In a large skillet, add 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil. Remove casings from sausage and crumble sausage into skillet. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch chunks and add to skillet when sausage is halfway done. Cut green peppers and onions into 1 inch chunks and add to skillet. When chicken is no longer pink, cover and turn on low heat. Let simmer until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Add sauce and spices to pasta and stir. This may be served separately or you can put meat mixture on top of saucy pasta and serve.
