Pork Ribs
(cut in 2 bone size pieces)
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 tsp. coarse salt



Sauce:
3/4 cups brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup water
3 tbsp. Soya sauce
1 tbsp. honey
2 cloves garlic - minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs in pieces (each piece having 2 bones). Boil ribs for 1/2 hour with the 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tsp. coarse salt. Drain. Place ribs in roaster.

While ribs are boiling, combine all ingredients for sauce in a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring until sauce thickens. Pour over ribs in roaster and stir so all ribs are coated with sauce. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

These ribs are great served with rice and corn niblets. We spoon the sauce from the ribs over the rice for extra honey garlic flavor!
