"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

This Doughnut-Hole Christmas Tree would make a great centerpiece for any Christmas Party tablescape! You can leave the icing white if you want a "Winter Wonderland" all-white theme or you can dye the candy coating green or red. It's a lot of fun!
