Ingredients:  
skinless, deboned chicken breast,
3 eggs,
Parmesan cheese
salt,
pepper,
granulated garlic,
flour,
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken with meat hammer until fairly flat.
Sprinkle each side with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Beat eggs with cheese.
Dip chicken in egg mixture, dredge in flour.
Fry in oil until both sides are nicely browned.
