1 rack of baby back ribs or beef brisket
1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke
garlic powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. apple juice
BBQ sauce
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225º. Place ribs in oven-safe baking dish, rib side up. If brisket, fat side up. Add Liquid Smoke, Worcestershire sauce & apple juice (just pour over the meat). Sprinkle with garlic powder & pepper. Cover with foil (I use heavy duty). Bake for 6 hours, remove from oven, top with your favorite BBQ sauce.
