2 lbs. ground bison (or lean beef)
1 med. onion, chopped
(3) 15 oz. cans pinto beans
10 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes & chilies
10 oz. can Rotel tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
32 oz. beef broth
16 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 T chili powder
1 T. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground bison and onion in large saucepan stirring constantly until meat is crumbly and onion is translucent - about 5-10 minutes. Add everything else. Continue to cook and stir until the chili is bubbling. Lower heat and simmer 2-3 hours.
