1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. While still warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar.
