Sliced tomatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves
Chopped Onions

1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer sliced tomatoes in a flat bottom bowl. Sprinkle sweet basil leaves and some chopped onion and dash of salt on top of tomatoes.

Mix together sugar, olive oil & vinegar and pour over top.

Can be repeated in layers as often as you wish. Let stand in refrigerator 6 hours & tomatoes will draw juices.
