1 c wild rice (after it's cooked it will measure 3 - 4
cups}
2 c consomme
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped sweet red pepper
1 T butter
1 T olive oil
1 t sage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 t thyme
1 t parsley
1 t rosemary
1/2 c fresh sauteed mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rice overnight in the consomme. Chop peppers and celery fine and cook in butter and oil until soft but not brown. Cook rice in broth with herbs until nearly tender. Combine all ingrediens in casserole and bake 1 hour at 325º.
