1 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried basil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
mushrooms, peppers, black olives
15 oz. reduced fat biscuits, uncooked, quartered (the ones in the tube - Pillsbury, I think)
1 1/4 c. reduced fat mozzarella, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º F.
2) Brown meat, stir in onion, tomato sauce, basil, garlic and Italian seasoning.
3) Add veggies. Add quartered biscuits and stir.
4) Spoon into a 9 by 13 baking dish, coated with cooking spray.
5) Bake for 25 min. Sprinkle with cheese, Bake an additional 10 min or until biscuits appear done.
6) Let stand 5 min before serving.

This is a Weight Watchers recipe. It originally called for fat free mozzarella but I've always used either reduced fat or regular, since I've thought fat free doesn't melt well.
