2 cups dry curd cottage cheese
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Mix eggs and milk. Add 1/2 cup flour. Add 1/2 cup more of flour. Knead. Add more flour to make a soft dough. Roll out thin.

In a bowl mix cottage cheese and yolk together. Add salt and pepper. Mix together.

Cut dough with round cookie cutter.
Fill with cottage cheese mixture. Fold the circle of dough in half and press the open edges together very firmly, so no juice escapes during the cooking. Drop them one by one into a pot of boiling water to which 1 teaspoon of salt has been added. Cook ten minutes. Serve with white cream sauce.
