2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sour milk (2 tsp. vinegar mixed with 1 c. milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, cutting shortening in with a pastry blender or a fork. Cut into round 1 inch wide, 1/2 inch deep circles (I use the lid to my non-stick cooking spray, it makes perfect circles).Place close together in a round, greased baking dish. Bake @ 450º for 15-20 min, or until tops start turning golden brown.
