3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. diced bananas

Sift dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients until blended. Bake in greased tube pan at 350ºF for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Place foil over top for last 15 to 20 minutes to prevent cracking.
