1/2 lbs. bacon coarsely choppes
1 small red onion, chopped
4 large cloves of garlic, chopped
8 peperoncini from jar,drained ,stemmed, seeded,chopped
2 14.5- ounce cans diced tomatoes in juice
12 ounces linuine feshly cooked
Grated parmesan cheese

Saute bacon untill crisp and brown drain on paper towl l all except 3 tbl. of oil
add onions and garlic to drippings and saute untill softened
add peperoncini and stir,add tomatoes with juice and bacon, simmer 10 min. untill flavor blends
season with salt and pepper. reduce heat to medium - low add linguine and stir till blended.
transfer to bowl and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
