1/4 c sugar
2tblsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2 c milk
1tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
mix sugar,cornstarch,salt and egg together then slowly add milk. Cook over med heat stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. turn down heat and boil for one min, add 1 tsp vanilla and let cool
