2 lbs stew meat
4 c water
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp worchester sauce
2 small bay leaves
2 tsps salt
pepper
carrots,potatoes,onions

Directions:
Directions:
flour meat and fry meat in oil turning to brown all sides.leave in pan and add all but vegetables.Simmer for 2hrs.Add vegetables that have been cut into bite size pieces and simmer until done. you might have to add more juice, if so just add more water,lemon juice and w sauce proportionately

this is Karens stew recipe and I've never tasted a better one!! It also works well on deer meat and you can't taste the deer at all. Remember to always take the bay leaves out before serving !
