1 1/2 c water
4 c sugar
1 c lard

4 eggs
3 tsp salt

1/2 c warm water
3pkgs rapid rise yeast

about 14 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
boil sugar and water together for 5 min then add the lard,cool until almost room temp.
beat eggs and salt together well and add to sugar water. add yeast/water that has sat long enough to start foaming. Using a large tupperware bowl,start adding flour with dough hook on low speed use about half or a little more and stir the rest in with a wooden spoon until it gets to thick to stir in more then turn it out on a floured table and kneed the rest of the flour in. you should not need more flour them this. clean out your bowl and greast well with oil.oil the lid and place bread in the bowl grease the top of the bread also.
Let the dough rise to double punch down and let rise again.
shape buns and put on oiled pans and lightly oil the top of each bun.
let rise till when a bun is lightly pushed with two fingers the indent stays in

bake in 400 degree oven for about 8 min or till nicely browned on top
