2 tablespoon Basil
1 cup Butter (softened)
8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 box Fettuicini Noodles
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoon Parsley
¼ teaspoon Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuicini according to package directions. In a large bowl mix together margarine, basil, parsley and cream cheese. Mix it until it becomes smooth and creamy. Add parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic and salt. Continue stirring until it becomes creamy. Add 2/3 cup of boiling water. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and serve.
