11/2 lbs butter
3 lbs diced onion
1 lb ground chourice
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 bunch fresh parsley
11/2 cans chopped clams (or you can use fresh quahogs)
clam juice from above
crushed red pepper to taste (approx.2 tbsp.)
6 loves of day old Vienna bread
1 tbs. paprika
1 oz. red hot sauce

Directions:
Saute the onions, chourice, garlic add remaining ingredients let cool. Pull the bread apart by hand (do not put in blender as this will change the consistency of the bread). Mix in the above ingredients and the clams mix together, moisten with the clam juice as need till it sticks together and is quahog consistency. put in pan, cover, and bake 350 until golden brown and warm throughout.
