1 C. flour
1/2 C. butter (softened)
2/3 C. dry roasted peanuts (chopped)
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 C. peanut butter
1 C. powdered sugar
1 small Cool Whip
1 3-3/4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 3-3/4 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2-3/4 C. milk
additional Cool Whip
chocolate bar
1/3 C. peanuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
First layer – Mix together the flour and butter
with a pastry blender then add dry roasted
peanuts. Put in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350°
for 20 minutes. Second layer – Mix together
the cream cheese and peanut butter. Add
powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in Cool
Whip. Spread over first layer. Third layer –
Mix together the two puddings and milk &
mix according to package directions. Spread
over cream cheese. Fourth layer – Add
additional Cool Whip to decorate top of
pudding layer. Grate chocolate bar over
the top and sprinkle with the final chopped
peanuts.
