2-3 lb.Chuck Roast
Flour
salt, pepper, paprika
vegetable oil
chopped onions and celery
1 can whole tomatoes
worstershire sauce
garlic powder or fresh minced
1 can beef broth
cornstarch and water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into small pieces and dredge in flour and sprinkle with salt, pepper and lots of paprika. Fry in oil till brown. Add onions and celery, worstershire sauce, garlic powder, beef broth and tomatoes squeezed in your hands to break them up. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with water (you don't want to make it too thick). Slow cook in crockpot or on stove on low heat for a few hours to make sure the meat is nice and tender. Serve with buttered egg noodles.
