Directions:Mix all ingredients except for sauce and shape into small party size meatballs. Brown in 400º oven for about 5-10 min. Drain grease and drop meatballs into sauce. Add to sauce 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. italian seasoning, 2 tsp. oregano and 2 tsp. onion powder. Add a little sugar if too salty. Adjust to your taste. That's how Mom did it. Cook over low heat for several hours or in a crockpot all day. The longer they cook, the more tender they will be. Enjoy! |

Notes: Everyone loves Mom's meatballs. This was one of her signature dishes to have at family parties. This recipe has been passed on to me, her daughter Pam, and it has also made me famous among my friends. Thanks Mom! I love you.
