2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. shortening
2-3 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
- c. buttermilk or milk
2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix all and pour into greased and floruted loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
