2 Beef Rib Eye Steaks, cut 1 – 1 ¼ inches thick
1 ½ t ground garlic granules
1 ½ t dried sweet basil leaves
1 ½ t dried oregano leaves
½ t salt (optional)
¼ t fresh ground pepper or to taste
1 T olive oil
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 T feta cheese, crumbles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the steaks in a Ziploc bag. Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl, EXCEPT for the feta cheese. Coat the steaks with this mixture and marinate in the fridge for one hour. Fire up the grill to about 350 degrees and cook the steak to your desired doneness. Once complete, put on a plate and top with feta cheese. Let the steaks sit for 5 minutes and they are ready to eat.
