1 Head Lettuce
1 Bunch Spinach
3/4 lb. grated Swiss Cheese
1 red onion - chopped
1/2 lb. Bacon -- cook until crisp
3/4 lb. Mushroom's - sliced
1/2 cup slivered almonds cooked in 3 TLBS. Sugar

Dressing
3/4 TLB Poppy Seeds
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 up oil
Squirt of Mustard
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together lettuce, spinach, cheese, onion, bacon, mushrooms. Cook Almonds in sugar on low for 10 min or until crystallized and cooled.

Mix ingredients for dressing and pour over salad just before serving. Enjoy!!
