2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Make three hollows in mixture. Pour oil into first hollow, egg into second and vinegar into third. Pour water over top; mix until smooth.

Pour into 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350º F for 20-25 minutes. Ice as desired.
