Mix together in large bowl, 4 lbs ground sirloin, 3 eggs, One 12 oz. can evaporated milk,1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs, 2 T. fennel, oregano, 4 T. Basil and 1 T. crushed garlic. Mix well and make ping-pong size balls and Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.

This recipe. is plenty for 2 large meals. I put in our favorite red speghetti sauce and put over pasta. Then freeze the rest and have Meatballs subs with melted provolone later.
