3 slices buttered bread
3/4 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese.
4 eggs beaten
2 C milk
1/2 t dry mustard
1/2 t salt
paprika or pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare deep casserole (pyrex style) dish
Cube bread. Alternate layers of bread (bread first, cheese on top) and cheese in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheese and bread. Stand for several hours (minimum 2). Bake for one hour at 350º.
