2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup seasoned dried bread crumbs
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 lbs ground meat (beef or turkey)

Optional topping:
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Crumble beef (or turkey) over mixture and mix well (mixture will be moist). Shape into a round loaf; place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook for 5-6 hours on low or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.

Topping:
Whisk ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over meat loaf. Cook 15 minutes longer or until heated through. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting.
