Ingredients:  
2 boneless skinless 1/2 chicken breasts
1tbs Butter melted on a small cookie sheet.
1/4 cup each:chopped green onions, and black olives, sour cream.
1 cup chopped fresh or canned mushrooms;
1 clove of garlic chopped;
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese.
A dash each of salt and pepper.
A pinch each of parsley, and rosemary.
0nion powder and Peprika to taste.

Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to form a pocket. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients except the Onion powder and Peprika. Stuff mixture into chicken breasts, and place chicken breasts in melted butter on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with onion powder and a little Peprika.
Bake in oven at 350' for 45 minutes, Baste chicken with drippings, The last 5 minutes, broil to brown the chicken.
