10 oz salmon fillet, skinned
2tsp margarine
1Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp minced parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
*3-4 sprigs rosemary
*3-4 sprigs thyme

Directions:
Preheat broiler or for grilling place rack 5” from coals. Spray double thickness sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, raise sides/edges all around to make it pan-like, with nonstick spray. Place salmon in the center. Spread both sides of salmon with the margarine, sprinkle with the lemon juice. In a small bowl mix together parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle on both sides of salmon. Grill on both sides until golden brown and cooked to medium doneness, about 3 minutes per side.
*If broiled, mince the rosemary and thyme and add to herb mixture.
