1/4 cup heavy cream
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 stick salted butter, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl, and microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until butter is melted.

2. Mix well, then pour in a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Cool and cut into squares.
