2 c chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 eggs beaten
1/2 c sweet or sour cream

Meringue:
2-3 egg whites

Directions:
Filling: Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.

Meringue: Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until stiff. Top pie with meringue and bake until lightly browned.
