11/2C Bean Soup Mix 4C water 3C chicken stock 1/2tsp garlic powder salt & pepper to taste
3C diced cooked ham 1lg onion chopped 1-can
diced tomatoes 14oz can green chilies juice from
2 limes

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and sort beans and soak over night. Drain
beans and place in soup pot with water,chicken
stock and spices. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce
heat and simmer covered 11/2 hours or until beans are tender. Add remaining ingredients and and simmer covered for additional 30 minutes stirring
occasionally.
