6 cups peeled and grated
4 cups sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
½ cup fresh lemon juice
peel of 1 lemon grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cool until soft, 15 or 20 minutes and stir constantly. Stir in 2 packages of apricot or peach jello (4 serving size) until dissolved. Seal in sterile jars.
