Heat 1 cup milk
add 1 square chocolate or 2 tablespoons cocoa.
Beat 1 egg, ½ cup butter, 1 cup brown sugar.
Add ¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix 1 teaspoon baking soda with 2 teaspoons of milk
Add to mixture

Grease and flour cookie sheet and spread mixture evenly, bake 12-15 minutes. When cool top with fudge icing.
