•1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 medium onion, diced
2, 8 oz packages cream cheese
3/4 C. milk
1 large can chopped mushrooms, drained & diced
4 packages chipped beef, diced
1 C. parmesan cheese
Club Crackers for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Saute diced onions in melted butter until tender. Add softened cream cheese in chucks; stir until melted and blended. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Stir in diced mushrooms, chipped beef, and parmesan cheese until blended and warm. If the creamy sauce seems a bit too thick, add small amounts of milk until you reach the desired consistency. Serve with "Club" crackers for dipping!

This recipe is a hit at all my parties! It's easy to make and keeps well in the refrigerator so you can make it the day before if you would like...just re-heat and serve!
