3 c. peeled and sliced peaches (about3-4 peaches)
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 C.heavy whipping cream
1 egg, beaten lightly
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick of butter (1/4 C.)
Cinnamon
1 package chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine sugar and flour; stir in cream, egg, and vanilla. Fold in sliced peaches. Pour mixture into pie crust. Dot peach mixture with pats of butter; sprinkle with cinnamon; cover top with chopped pecans. Bake at 400 degrees about 40 minutes or until center of pie has set. You may want to place foil around pie crust halfway through baking to keep crust from getting too brown. (Or cover entire pie loosely with foil, if pecans are over-browning.)
