2 quarts raw slices potatoes
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper
1 can-cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine last four ingredients. Heat to boil. Prepare casserole dish by buttering bottom and sides. Place potatoes, onion and bell pepper mixture in dish and pour soup mixture over potatoes. Bake 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Uncover the last 15 minutes and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
